About PACKT

PACKT is a boutique fulfillment and logistics company specializing in the pet industry. We work with brands of all sizes, from emerging product companies to established businesses, providing personalized solutions for warehousing, packing, shipping, and distribution.

We believe fulfillment should be one less thing for business owners to worry about. Our approach combines the capabilities of an experienced logistics partner with the flexibility, attention to detail, and personal service that growing businesses need.

Located just outside Chicago, our Midwest location provides an ideal hub for efficient shipping across the country. Whether we’re shipping individual orders, managing inventory, or creating memorable unboxing experiences, we treat every client’s business with the same care and attention we’d give our own.

We Get It

We Know What It’s Like to Be on Your Side of the Business.

PACKT was built with an understanding of the challenges that come with running a product-based business.

As entrepreneurs ourselves, we know that fulfillment is about more than moving boxes. It’s about protecting your brand, meeting customer expectations, managing costs, and having confidence that the details are being handled.

That’s why we take a more personal approach. We get to know our clients, understand their businesses, and work alongside them to make fulfillment one less thing to worry about.
